Shipping Policy
We pack all of our boxes with love and alot of care. During the winter period we add a heat pack to your order. We will not send plants on a Thursday or Friday to avoid them being held over the weekend. We post your 'package of happiness' maximum two days after your order is placed and use Royal Mail 1st class signed & tracked postage. Alternatively you can call us and arrange to collect them yourselves from our indoor jungle and save a delivery charge. UK shipping ONLY.

Return & Exchange Policy
You can return your item at any point up to 14 days, please note that the buyer pays for the return shipping, once we have received the item and it is in a healthy or good condition we will then refund you the full amount of the item. If an item has arrived damaged then please notify us straight away with a brief description and photos. Any plants that have been re-potted will not be covered by the returns policy. We require photos of any damaged items before return and will issue either a part or full refund upon agreement.
